On November 18, from 2pm-4pm, you can taste and savor a variety of different wines from 9 wineries. Free Admission at the Renton Historical Museum
For those looking to spend their time surrounded by history, the Renton History Museum offers Free Museum Days on the first Wednesday and third Saturday of every month. Located in a historic fire house, the museum features exhibits on the Duwamish people, the early industries of Renton, and more. While there, you can learn about what set this small mining town apart from its contemporaries and how an increase in manufacturing expanded the workforce and necessitated a need to establish important infrastructure like a municipal water supply and a sewer system.Â
