100% would recommend! Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked through all the issues we were having, fixed all them and was so kind! Also, was a dog lover which if I could I would give them 10 stars. The company as a whole was very kind, got us in quickly and got us back up and running as soon as possible!
I worked with Jim and Clint on a sewer repair/lining, and both of them were great. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and their price was better than the competition. I appreciate their hard work and wanted to give them a big thanks!
James and Aaron from Trusted Plumbing were great to work with--I highly recommend them. We needed trenchless work to be done to replace the water line between the meter and our house. Trusted Plumbing has their own boring machine, thus did not have to sub out the work for the boring and were able to do the work for a much more reasonable price than other plumbers. We had obtained three other quotes and Trusted's quote was significantly less than the others. James and Aaron were both very courteous, did good work, and cleaned up the work site when they were done better than I ever would have expected. Thank you James and Aaron for a job well done!
Aaron Larson was my plumber today, and I truly appreciate who they sent. He was super nice and professional. The problem was diagnosed quick, we got a quote for the work which we thought was super fair. He told us what we were looking at, what we could do to remedy it, unfortunately was an issue for the condo association. I asked him to wrap up what I asked him to do, which he did very quickly. I'm super appreciative of the great photos and documentation he took, so I can show what problem we had going on and get it remedied with them. Not If but when I do call trusted plumbing for any work again, I will definitely be requesting Aaron.
I recently had a leak from my backyard water spout that I couldn’t repair myself, was getting worse as the days passed, and with winter approaching, I didn’t want to risk a temporary fix. After reading many reviews, I decided to call Trusted Plumbing and Heating and I’m so glad I did.
Johnathan and Brandon came out to do the repair, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how they shared their knowledge and explained things clearly.
The work they completed was absolutely perfect. On top of that, they were very respectful of my home, both inside and out, and made sure everything was left neat and clean.

When you get a reliable plumber at your doorstep within a day .!!!. and the big problem of clogging is resolved without massive re-plumbing.. AND for a decent price!!! Didn't show up for scheduled time, I had to call in to find out they wouldn't come till 3 hrs later. Charged a lot more than estimated without discussing it before they did the work...
He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything regarding the repairs to us and he was very friendly 😊 Edited 2/25/25. We had our new toilet installed today after getting our clogged sewer drain unclogged. The 2 technicians that installed our toilet were very professional and very friendly, they represent your company very well.
I will definitely call these guys again for plumbing problems. This is the third time I’ve used them and they’ve so far lived up to the company’s name.
