The efficiency of your work crew was outstanding and extremely professional and helpful in every way possible in helping me to understand my issues. I believe my pipe leakage has been addressed. I won't know for sure, until I receive my next water bill. But until then, Thank you for the wonderful service.
We had a great experience with Trusted Plumbing & Heating. Our technician, James, was fantastic — very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our toilet issues and also took care of a minor problem with our washer while he was here.
Service was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. James took the time to explain what was going on and never tried to upsell or pressure us, which we really appreciated. I have used Jim and his team for several projects now. His team installed a new sewer line for Kenmore Air which required (to me) massive amounts of work and drilling to connect the new lines with the old. Job went off without a hitch. Very professional, job took several days as planned. Parts of the old line were relined instead of repair. Bid was dead on, no "extra" suprises. They have some back to repair and clean out other lines, and I have a new project with them coming up. Very transparent on prices and the time it takes to do jobs. They also have been able to come within 24 hours notice when I had an emergency. Trusted Plumbing is my "go to" service from here on out for my facilities at Kenmore Air. As the name implies..you can trust these guys.
Our heater stopped working this morning. I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and they came out the same day. These 2 guys were friendly, professional and they arrived at our house on time. I was very impressed with one of the technicians named James who diagnosed the problem within seconds. Our home is now warm and comfortable again. Our sewer line backed up day before we got ahold of Trusted. We have homeserve sewer line insurance and they dispatched them to fix the issue. Got me in same day between 10AM - 12PM. The journeyman and his apprentice showed up at 10:00AM on the dot! Couldn’t clear the clog from my toilet and unfortunately had to dig up the sewer line and install a clean out.
After having homeserve tell me that it will be 24-72 hours to approve the claim, Trusted worked with me to get it repaired. Just signed a waiver if they don’t pay I will. No big deal! They jumped right on it and shared the same frustration with Homeserve I did. Super careful in our home and with our yard. Glad to have everything back up and running again! These guys were very prompt and professional in assisting with an emergency drain line issue. Jim called within an hour or so and let me know the arrival time and game plan. Received a call when he was done and given the details. Highly recommend this company.
Trusted Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job of performing emergency service on my furnace. James and Aaron showed up within 90 minutes of my call. They did a fast and thorough job of troubleshooting the issue, explaining everything to me clearly and performing the fixes. They charged me an extremely fair price. I have had other local companies out to service my furnace over the past few years, these guys were by far the best.
100% would recommend! Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked through all the issues we were having, fixed all them and was so kind! Also, was a dog lover which if I could I would give them 10 stars. The company as a whole was very kind, got us in quickly and got us back up and running as soon as possible!

James and Aaron from Trusted Plumbing were great to work with--I highly recommend them. We needed trenchless work to be done to replace the water line between the meter and our house. Trusted Plumbing has their own boring machine, thus did not have to sub out the work for the boring and were able to do the work for a much more reasonable price than other plumbers. We had obtained three other quotes and Trusted's quote was significantly less than the others. James and Aaron were both very courteous, did good work, and cleaned up the work site when they were done better than I ever would have expected. Thank you James and Aaron for a job well done!
Aaron Larson was my plumber today, and I truly appreciate who they sent. He was super nice and professional. The problem was diagnosed quick, we got a quote for the work which we thought was super fair. He told us what we were looking at, what we could do to remedy it, unfortunately was an issue for the condo association. I asked him to wrap up what I asked him to do, which he did very quickly. I'm super appreciative of the great photos and documentation he took, so I can show what problem we had going on and get it remedied with them. Not If but when I do call trusted plumbing for any work again, I will definitely be requesting Aaron.
I recently had a leak from my backyard water spout that I couldn’t repair myself, was getting worse as the days passed, and with winter approaching, I didn’t want to risk a temporary fix. After reading many reviews, I decided to call Trusted Plumbing and Heating and I’m so glad I did.
Johnathan and Brandon came out to do the repair, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how they shared their knowledge and explained things clearly.
