Renton has some absolutely amazing restaurants and pubs. Here is a list of just a few of our favorite local places (in no particular order) that we love to grab a bite for lunch at in Renton!
- Smoking Monkey Pizza – Aside from having pizza by the slice at lunch, their calzones are amazing with the perfect blend of crunch and chew in their crust.
- Kami Teriyaki – My go to is the Three Meat Yaki with Pork, Chicken, and Beef with onions and it can only be described as a warm hug.
- The Local 907 Pub – First off, they have the best Tater Tots in the whole world. Their Monte Cristo is a work of art with the bitter bite of the jam against the sweetness of the syrup and their grilled cheese with all 5 of its melty layers is 5 stars.
- The Whistle Stop Ale House – Their Lemon Garlic Calamari has a beautiful mix of a light citrus tone with an undertone of heat and this writer is not a fan of calamari but gets it every time.
- Pho Box 1 – If you need a quick pick-me-up that will really get the afternoon going right, get the Pork Banh Mi with a Thai Iced Tea and the afternoon will not be able to stop you.
